ISSUE PROCESSING INFORMATION


I’m trying to transfer my old number to my new SIM card. 

I’ve added the details 3 times, but still getting the message ‘We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again’. 

I’ve tried pasting numbers in, typing numbers in, not left any spaces… But it won’t submit. Getting frustrated already.

Does your transaction number begin with “4” @TLRICHARDSON?

The online switching form requires a transaction number beginning with “4”.

I got that when I tried through the link in the email. Try doing it through the ID mobile app, worked 1st time, transferred in 24hrs.
