Issue with PAC

I am new to ID mobile and I have tried to use a PAC code and I received an error message which said the either the mobile number, last name or transaction number is incorrect.

When I have then tried to use the Live Chat they have told me my details don't match but I have taken them straight from the ID app and have been really unhelpful. I have all the information, I just want to keep my number.

 

Please help./

We’ll be happy to help. Have you checked with your old provider that the PAC you have is correct and still in date?
