Issue with receiving calls since bringing my number over from another network.

Hi Guys, 

I am new to ID after coming across from Vodafone. I have just had my number swapped this weekend but people are telling me that they can’t contact me and there is an error message. Please can anyone help?

    I’d recommend using the iD live chat service, and talking to a customer service agent online about your switch to iD @Oliver Mills - the agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
