For some reason my bank sort code isn't being recognised and so I'm not being allowed to complete the payment part of placing my order - any ideas?

Hey @Carol21,

Do the billing details match the details of your order like delivery address etc?

Double check the bank account and sort code to ensure that these match the correct account.

Is there a payment associated with this order? If so, ensure that the card details also match the billing details (billing address etc).
