Requested number port from EE to ID to be done today ( wednesday 20th )
Got an SMS on the new sim card saying it has been done.
However, the old sim card ( EE ) is still active and the speeds are dismal ( on the new ID simcard), at about 5mb to 12mb ( speedtest ) I would ususally get about 50mb on EE

I've checked on the website which says 4G is available here on their network ( I live in an urban area )

Any advice ? As it seems difficult getting through to an actual person at ID. Phone is an iPhone 11

Thanks

Hi @Simmy, welcome to the community!

From what you’ve described, this sounds like a split port in which the number has ported over to iD but the old SIM card is still active.
