Hi. My PAC code appears to have transferred my old number over but my messages are being received from the new number that was allocated to my phone when it arrived. How do I change this so that all communications are from my transferred number. Many thanks. Jo

Hey @Joanna Paterson, have you tried a NETWORK RESET on your handset?

The handset user guide will usually explain how to do this.
