just got my bew SIM, it says it’s activated but it wont work. I gave no signal

I have switched my phone off. I can’t log into my account either as it sends a code an do I have no signal! Help please

    Does the new iD SIM card work in another phone @Boo14? 

    Perhaps your new SIM, or your phone might be faulty. 

    Is your phone on the approved handset list?

    What device are you using your SIM card in?

     

    Have you had any signal since using the iD Mobile SIM card at all?
