Keep my number submitted a week ago but still not completed


Hi my Mum is new to ID but wants to keep her existing number. The keep number form was completed a week ago but her number has not changed. Can you let me know what needs to be done for this to happen?

Sorry to hear that.

 

Ports submitted on Monday are completed Tuesday and ports submitted Tuesday are completed Wednesday and so on.

 

Ports submitted Friday evening or the Weekend are picked up the next working day.

 

If it’s been over a week, it sounds like the port may have not been picked up.

 

Can she try logging into the iD app or MyAccount and submitting the port from “My Services” > “Keep your number” 

 

Let us know how she gets on.

 

She may need to register first if she hasn’t already done so.

Keep mu number submitted a week ago still not completed. Cannot log into my account, system won’t recognise my ID number nor my old EE number I want to keep.
