Keeping original number .

My original number now been changed back to me but people and family are contacting me on both numbers , when they  phone me comes up my original number they received texts from me  it comes up private number, I'm confused.

    Have you tried a NETWORK RESET on your handset @Zol? 

    Doing this can sometimes fix the issue you’ve described - your handset user guide should explain how to do this.
