late bill

I have not paid my bill for a while due to unforeseen circumstances in my financial situation,

i just want to clarify to someone that i do still intend to pay my outstanding bill to get my bill back on track if this is possible and not too late. 
 

can anyone recommend a solution on what i can do

Forum members have no access to a/c details- contact ID Chat to clarify your payment failures- damage already done I imagine😡
