Hi why isn't live chat working? I need to speak to somebody thank you

Okay @Marlon, if the Live Chat doesn’t seem to be working, the following can help:

  • Allow popup windows in your web browser.
  • Use a different web browser.
  • Use an incognito / inprivate window in your web browser.

Try using Facebook Messenger to contact iD Mobile. Not live chat, but they do answer in reasonable time. Sorted my problems.

The link is https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat, @Marlon - the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

Hi @Marlon,

Just tried opening Live Chat on my MacBook and iPhone using the link provided by @andewhite, seems to be okay for me. What device are you trying to access it on?
