Login with three mobile numbers to one email address

Hi, I have three mobile numbers, 

One for me

One for my son

One for my mum

All these numbers are linked to one email address. I can't login to my mums or mine as it says one email only for one number.

I've had two numbers for over a year and need to cancel my mums as she's died now and I've just gone over to 1d.

Any help will be appreciated.

I have a very similar problem but with two accounts, one for me and one for my son. I can access mine but not my son’s. Partly for this reason, I’ve never actually used either SIM though I’ve been paying for them, so I’m now trying to cancel both. Whilst I think I’ve managed to cancel mine, I still eed to cancel my son’s. I’d be grateful for any advice about how to do this. Thanks.
