My phone was stolen and I have got a replacement SIM card. I am trying to activate it on the website however it is still sending a verification code to my phone which is stolen therefore I cannot get further trying to activate the SIM card.

You can collect a new SIM from your local Curry’s store.
Alternatively you can contact our Live Chat Team to request a replacement SIM via post.
