If i wanted to pay for, say the next 6 months upfront, or maybe the remainder of the contract upfront, would i be able to do this?

You could try making an online payment via your iD account @Rob Morrison, but it wouldn’t shorten the minimum term of any iD contract you’ve got.

The minimum term of an iD contract is fixed - usually 12-months or 24-months.

I wouldn’t want to shorten or end my contract early, just make advance payments

Hi @Rob Morrison

You may be able to make extra/higher payments to an iD Mobile account so that when the bills are due they’d take away from the credit before taking from any direct debit.
