Missed delivery of Phone and Sim


Missed my dpd delivery(although was in!), now says my delivery has returned to sender. I’m unable to contact dpd/ ID mobile or currys to ask what are my options, or what happens next with my delivery. Also, unable to receive any texts or calls due to the plan having started and no sim card.

Okay @Elis Bedwyr, you should be able to get online assistance from the iD social media customer support team by using Facebook (with Messenger), or Twitter (by DM).

The iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends). 

It might be a few days or more before anyone from iD Mobile reads your forum post - good luck though.

Hi I’ve had the same problem, I can’t contact any one soo is there anything that can be done because my number transferred to that phone now and I can’t call or text

Okay @ariif01, there’s online assistance available from the iD social media customer support team by using Facebook (with Messenger), or Twitter (by DM).

The iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends). 

Bear in mind that responses, by iD staff, to member posts in this forum can take a few days, sometimes longer @ariif01 - anyway hope you get your phone + SIM soon.
