I purchased an iPhone 15 for my daughter for Christmas. The deal I bought included an Apple phone case which was to be delivered 1 month after the phone. I have never received it. When will it arrive?

The deal was only available for eligible tariffs.
Step 1:
Purchase an iPhone 15 between 22/12/2023 and 31/01/2024 on selected 25GB, 50GB, 100GB, or Unlimited data tariffs and receive an Apple clear case, usually £49. Offer subject to stock availability on Apple clear case.
Step 2:
Applicable tariffs will have the Clear case offer indicated on the tariff at point of sale, and offer will appear in basket prior to checkout. Clear case offer will be dispatched with order. Terms and Conditions apply.
