Mobile data not working


I pay monthly for a sim only contract and my mobile data has been playing up recently. It's either patchy, very slow or doesn't work at all.

How do I fix it?

Have you checked for network faults at the problem location @lgbsl

Use your postcode at https://www.three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support

Thanks for the reply. I'm in contact with an agent now via fb messenger who checked the coverage and found no issues, so they're sending me a replacement sim card. Hopefully that should sort it.

Okay @lgbsl, good luck with a replacement SIM card. 

Unfortunately, network coverage, and network faults or issues, aren’t the same. 

The iD coverage checker is the theroterical signal reception for a given location, produced using computer models. The actual coverage and predicted coverage, for any given location, could be different.
