I've tried registering but still can't get on its becoming frustrating when will the issues be resolved

The team are still working on some issues with the app, they will resolve these when possible.
Unfortunately we don’t have a concrete fix date, sorry.

Still can't access my online account why does this keep happening
ID app does not recognise my number. This has been going on for a month. How do i use the app if i cant register!
App doesn’t register my mobile number therefore I can’t use the app to see my account details - when will this be resolved?
