Mobile order update – contact needed

I recently placed an order to switch my contract over to ID mobile and received an email asking me call 0207 1391 397 as there was an issue with my order. I have been on hold for 45 mins now and no answer. 

How else can I get in contact?

You will have to call the number again tomorrow during normal working hours.

Unfortunately that number would be all we can recommend calling in this case, if the number is busy we’d recommend trying again another time.
