I’ve recently joined iD mobile with an eSIM. After installing the eSIM and activating my services I headed off to my iPhone settings> Mobile services> SIM and then clicked on my iD mobile sim on going through all the option listed to check that the setup was all ok I noticed that the “mobile data network” option was missing which is were the APN setting are, as I would need to check these settings to make sure they are correct for EU Roaming. I contacted iD mobile on the live chat and explain this was missing and after them asking me to check a few things they said that there was a problem and to contact my local Curry/carphone warehouse. I visited the store the following day and to my surprise the sales person didn’t have a clue and said that it will be fine. Has anyone had this issue and if so how did you resolve it, as even though this option is missing all my services I.e, call, text and internet access is works fine. Also with the APN settings missing will this actually affect my EU Roaming.

Are you having issues roaming or just preparing?
To specify further, APN settings may not be available on iPhones with iD Mobile.
