monthly payments


I made an order today for monthly payments but it’s saying my login details are wrong and the upfront cost has left my bank account how am I meant to check if the order fully went through if I can’t access my account.

Have you tried calling the iD sales team with your order reference number @Jezlamb1972?

You can call this team on 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours.
