Moved from Vodafone but mobile network details havent changed on the phone??

Team,

 

Can someone help me out with making calls? At the moment all phone calls are failing as soon as I hit the call button.

So I checked my network settings and everything is still showing as vodafone!!

Can someone help me to sort out so I can make mobile calls please? What am I supposed to do on my handset to get it going?

Anyway,  when I check the mobile service setting on my phone, it comes up with Vodafone UK. If I click on network selection I have automated currently set but if I unset that I can chose vodafone, 3UK, EE etc. Am I supposed to select one of those?

Also, I selected esim when I switched to ID Mobile and there is an option to “convert to eSim” on my phone. Am I supposed to do that?

Other than mobile calls everything else works (probably because its going over the internet??).

There we go! Problem sorted!!

I still had the sim showing for Vodafone! So one that one was turned off I can make calls!
