Moved to ID Mobile calls and texts not working

I recently switched to an ID Mobile ESIM on my iPhone 14. After getting a PAC code to port my number, I have not been able to make or receive calls or text messages. Data is working so I can do FaceTime and iMessages but nothing else. This has been for 2 weeks now. When I try to call someone it says “call ended” and if someone tries to call me it doesn’t even ring…
