Moving Number To ID Mobile

Hi

I have a PAC code from my previous provider and when I complete the form to move my number over to ID Mobile, it just brings up an error.

The live chat is not working and I cannot find another way of contacting you.

Please can someone advise how I can move my number over.

Try a different browser for CHAT and turn off any pop up blocker software.

Have you already provided your PAC code to us at purchase/checkout?

 

Does your transaction number begin with a “4”?
