My current phone with ID is cracked and unusable, and I believe I have not registered an account

My current phone with ID is cracked and unusable, I tried forgot password and forgot username and have used my only two emails and neither seem to be registered, I have the account details of the account my phone is being billed to, I am just not sure how to cancel this contract as they want to send me an 8 digit verification code to my SMS and upgrade to a new phone contract (with ID mobile still if that matters).

Hello @leejohnbaldock,

Are you able to put the SIM into another phone to get the code?

 

The code is texted t the iD SIM, if you could use a friend/family members phone just to get the code and then you’ll be able to complete registration/password reset and process the upgrade this way.
