My Data keeps disappearing

Hi, 

My data keeps disappearing, even though I have data remaining on my plan.

It keeps saying a time that the data will become available again and i usually have to wait up to six hours for it to work again.

I have been through all the settings and can’t find out how to stop this happening and its really frustrating.

please help!

Are you able to see data available on your iD Mobile account?

It may be worth testing the SIM in a different handset if you can see available data in your iD Mobile account.
