My new ID mobile phone will not connect to the ID mobile network.


The sim is inserted. It seems to have 2 “eSIM’s” one is the number from the old (o2) phone and the other is the pre-PACS ID mobile number. I have no idea how to change the settings to get the phone working. WIFI and apps are fine. It is the cell (phone) that isn’t working.

To confirm, did you activate the SIM card?

I had everything set up in Curries when I purchased my Galaxy A15 5G two weeks ago.  It worked til 2 days ago and although my phone is on your approved list and I pay monthly it will no longer work.  Help please
