It’s been over a week now I got my new phone and my phone number has not been transferred. I used a PAC code and it was working for a day or so but now it’s reverted back to the temporary number?
I had the text confirmation that it had switched but it hasn’t?
Please can someone help me

Have you tried a NETWORK RESET on the handset with your iD SIM card? A reset sometimes helps in this situation - the procedure would be described in the handset user guide.
Does the number you wanted to keep get displayed in your iD online account?
Does your old service provider’s SIM card still work?
