My number hasn't transferred from switching over from 02 with my new ID phone.

PAC submitted 7 days ago and I have received confirmation my unwanted new number is now live

 

The system doesn’t allow me to resend the PAC as it says request received. I now can’t use my old number as the old SIM has been cancelled. 

 

I need my phone for work urgently.

Unfortunately the iD community isn’t the best place for dealing with urgent matters @Simon Browning

For quick assistance, you’re better off trying one of the following:

  • Online Live Chat (via a popup window in your web browser). 
  • Private message using Facebook Messenger.
  • Send an X (formerly Twitter) DM.

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
