my old phone valued but no postage packet sent

I move from a sim only contract to a monthly contract and as part of this, I valued my one year old iPhone 13 Pro and wanted to go ahead with the deal.

This was a few weeks ago buti haven't had any further update or packaging for the old phone.

Could you advise, is there something that I should be doing?

    Hi @smig 

     

    I’m sorry to hear this, did you receive any emails regarding the trade in itself?

     

    If you haven’t received any packaging via Royal Mail within 3-5 working days of ordering we’d recommend placing a new trade in order on the website so that a new package can be sent out.
