I signed up to get a contract phone 5 days ago. I have had email saying the phone was out of stock and I havet heard anything from anyone about it. I have tried logging in but it asks for my id mobile number I dont have one.

For order progress updates, we would usually email you once we get one, which most likely means that the phone hadn’t came back into stock yet. If you haven’t heard anything yet (I’m aware your post was a few days ago), then I’d recommend calling our sales team on 02071391397 for further order updates.
