My PAC code is not working

Hi,

 

I am trying to transfer my number across from EE to ID. I follow the instructions on the app and it says the details are wrong, which they are not. Please can you advise how best to resolve this issue.

Hello @RaymondLyn01,

Are you submitting this by logging into your iD Mobile Account via the website/app.

Then clicking My Services > Keep your number?

 

Make sure the PAC code is not expired and confirm with EE that it’s valid also.

This can be a factor.

If you're sure these are all correct then let us know so we can look into this for you.
