My PAC code wasn't accepted when moving from EE to ID, I can't contact customer service please help.

I tried going through the online PAC code process and for some reason it wasn’t accepted. I got a text saying I need to get in contact with ID but there’s no way to do that because there’s no customer service number and I can’t access the live chat function on the website. How am I supposed to get help? Thank you.

Please contact our Live Chat team who are able to look into your account and assist you.

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Once you land on this page, scroll down to see the Live Chat section.
