My Port has not completed

I've received a text to say my PAC code has been activated and my number has been switched to ID, but it hasn't. The ID number is still what came with the Sim.

If your number transfer was supposed to happen today, it‘s possible the transfer hasn’t been completed yet @Steven Aston

iD say it can take until 10pm for number transfers to be completed.

If your transfer was scheduled for completion yesterday, it could be worth trying a NETWORK RESET on your handset @Steven Aston - the handset user guide should explain how to do this.

Hi @Steven Aston 

 

Ports can take up to 10pm on the date selected/given, I’d recommend allowing until that time for the number to fully port.
