My replacement sim is activated but still not working 24 hours on. 

Live chat via another phone is to a robot who offers nothing and customer services via another phone doesn't register any option selections. I'm at the end of my patience tether.

I've tried the usual switching off and on, trying in another compatible handset and turning flight mode on and off..... Help 🙏
