Does anyone know how long it takes to get delivery details tracking number ect I've been looking for emails but only had one so far saying the delivery driver will contact you with tracking info don't know why I have no email yet

Once the order has been dispatched you should receive an email from us and DPD which contains the tracking information.
On the day of delivery you’ll receive an email and SMS with tracking information along with a delivery timeslot.

Thank you for your message that was very helpful I appreciate that only thing that confused me was Royal mail delivered it and I didn't received an email with tracking info either but nether mind atleast it finally came tho thank you for taking time to answer my question really appreciate that take care

Our SIM only orders are delivered via Royal Mail within 3-5 working days, no tracking available.
Our device orders are delivered via DPD within 1-2 working days, tracking available via DPD.

Unfortunately the delivery of my SIM was returned by the admin worker at my office therefore I did not receive it.
