My SIM Card is not working despite making a payment

My ID phone number is  REMOVED

my email: REMOVED

ID sim is not working in any phone since it was restricted some times ago over latd payment.. i made the payment 10 days ago and received an email saying the payment was received.  

 

I have lots of extra usage.. i tried everything still not working..

 

 I am very very annoyed. I feel like cheeped by  the ID.

 

I am trying to find a ve person to talk or a real chat but nothing..

 

 I will leave this company asap.. will never recommend any one. I was never ever frustrated this much with any other phone company. SHAME ON ID

It’s sounding more like a coverage issue/fault with the handset as opposed to an issue with a payment/restriction.

We’ll get a PM sent over so we can look into this a little further.

Hello @IDNURAN,

Have you logged into the iD account to ensure you’ve paid all of the outstanding balance? e.g. if you had 2 bills outstanding and only paid for the last one, this won’t clear life the suspension.

 

When you try to make a call what do you hear? If you’re hearing a message advising you can’t call due to a restriction, then this is the issue.

If you cannot make a call or send texts or even receive calls or texts, the issue is unrelated to a restriction.

 

Can you check for us? As a suspension should not be on the account for that long after making a payment.

As I had written before I have no outstanding balance.  So there should not be any restriction.  I do not see any restriction  or any other problem. E Ed everything looks fine in my account.  when make a call, as soon as I deal any number the call drops

I am out of call for about a month now.

It can not be the hand Set fault  or coverage Issue.  I know this because all other sim works on the same hand set Ok.

Also As soon as I deal a number it says calling first theN call Is dropping strait away..
