My SIM has not arrived

I was hoping to join ID mobile but I am getting so disillusioned before I start. Why is there no phone service? Why is there no live chat? Why does the irritating ‘bot’ not have a clue?

Bought a sim only deal on Sunday. It still hasn’t arrived. My son ordered one on Wednesday and it’s here today. 
 

I have until 20th to leave EE before they charge me another month and I’m wondering whether staying with them would have been a better idea. 
 

Can you improve my poor impression of your service or should I vote with my feet?
