This is beyond frustrating.
I currently have a rolling SIM only plan and I have ordered a new device with a 24 contract last Friday. The new device has eSIM so I asked to get that option.
Now, the new device has not been shipped yet and iD decides to activate the existing nano SIM at 11pm. So I'm stuck with no phone, middle of the night, the current device is not eSIM compatible and there is no support what so ever.
I have no idea when they will ship the new device yet I'm being billed for the contract already and have no working phone on top of that!
Is this a joke?
