I’m sorry to hear this, what appears to be the issue when using the port form?

 

Have you already given your PAC code at checkout?

Hi Tom, 

I am having the same issue, I am on the page for submitting PAC code and I keep getting an error saying the info given is not correct. I have triple checked details and all correct but still get error and cannot proceed to submit PAC

Can I please check that you are using the transaction number starting with a 4?

The page for transferring my old number to my ID sim isn't opening- it keeps showing an error message- bad URL.

How else can I input my pac code and transaction number???

Is there a real person I can speak to because automated systems keep referring me to the same broken links!

Okay @Tracey Rangdale, I’d suggest that when using the iD online Live Chat service, just tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you want to “talk to a person” - which may need repeating a few times.

The Live Chat advisers work between 9am - 8pm on weekdays (9am - 6pm at weekends).
