need help unblocking my account

Hi I blocked my sons phone but we found it. However can’t use it. For calls or text. I tried unblocking it but not worked

I’ve just replied to one of your other posts but could I get a bit more info on what you mean by this?

Is this to lift a blacklist or a PUK code you need?
