Need help with new phone and sim


Hi I got my new phone yesterday along with a new sim. I’ve moved from o2 to id but my id sim isn’t working

We are sorry to hear this. Have you requested for your O2 number to be moved to the iD Mobile sim?

Yes I had already given the PAC code but my ID sim still doesn’t work. I’ve had to put my O2 sim back is so I can get service. I’m trying my ID sim throughout the day but still no service

Hi @Damian999 

The port can take up to 48 hours to process. Once the port has been completed, your O2 sim will lose signal and you can put in your iD sim inside the phone.

Ok thank you. So I just keep my o2 sim in until that stops working then change over?

Yes @Damian999 

That is correct. If for any reason after 48 hours the number has not processed, please let us know.

my new ID sim has still not started working but I’ve now received emails from ID about my contract, tried again but still not working
