Need proof of usage


Hello, my phone was stolen and I need a proof of usage with the IMEI number and details of the first and last use. How do I get this? Thank you

When I dial 7777 to find out my text and minutes how much been used  . It well not show tell me how much I have been used .

I have been asking a hundred time for PROOF OF USAGE! And you won’t send it and then send me the wrong information why can no one from your team do a simple job! It’s ridiculous asking for my proof of usage every other day for the past MONTH!

I have called Tesco regarding the matter to fraud team .it looks to me someone who non ID member has. They should not be ID community . They don’t have a ID network and try to scam you
