Hi there, I have locked myself out of my SIM card and need to get access to it as a matter of urgency. Can someone please send me my PUK code?

Have you tried contacting iD privately using Facebook Messenger, or sending a Twitter direct message?

The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays.
