Network Coverage Issue

Can you please send a sim as a tester before I sign up for a 24 month contract ? Last time I had three sim and I had very poor coverage at my current address. Still 3G coverage is not showing for my post code but 4G seems excellent so not sure if there has been an upgrade at my address.

Online coverage checker will only show the predicted signal at a given location @AdnanK. Best to get test iD SIM and check the real signal reception at locations that are important to you.

The https://mastdata.com online site has real signal information for many places in the UK, which might help.

Hey @AdnanK, 

As @andewhite suggested, you could get a iD Pay as you go SIM to test the network. If you were to do so, do not switch your current number over to the iD Pay as you go SIM, because if you were to choose to go ahead with an iD Mobile Pay monthly or SIM only deal, you cannot transfer your number from one iD SIM to another.

Thanks for the link. I have a Three (3) sim, if I test 3 sim at my address will ID sim be similar to 3 as it uses its network?

Hi @AdnanK,

As we use the same masts the coverage should be the same.

However we would advise that you test the coverage with iD Mobile.
