Subscription base issue is not a network issue per sa!

 

If you ported from another network, try:

Select your previous network by removing the automatic network selection in mobile settings.

Hit flight mode.

wait 30 seconds or so.

then toggle out of flight mode

then go back to network selection and select ID

it might just connect you (worked for mine and the mrs!).
