Network issues

The network connection is terrible. I'm paying for a service I'm not getting. Calls are very distorted and cut out. Can this be fixed.

Welcome to the Community!

Have you checked the coverage and network status checker at the link @Geluk provided.

If both show no issues it may be worth testing the SIM in a different handset.
