network issues since purchase

Hi, I joined ID mobile just over a week ago and my network seems to be very poor. 

 

In several different locations I seem to have no Internet despite when I do the network checker it states I should have either 4G or 5G.

 

I have been back to carphone warehouse and they have said all of the settings are correct on my phone.

 

Can't work out how to do a live chat but if I don't get this resolved I will need to move to a new network.

 

Please help

Hey @Jes Stephenson,

I’m sorry to hear you are facing issues with your coverage.

For any purchase you made via Carphone Warehouse, you have 14-days to cancel if you’re unhappy with the coverage.

For a purchase via iD Mobile you have up to 30-days to change your mind.

What’s the full postcode of the area where you are facing issues?

Hi Mohammad,

Ideally I don't want to have to change networks as my area is supposed to have 5g in it so unsure why I'm not even getting 3g.

The main area is CW9 7NH but its affected in most other places that I go too.

Taking a look at CW9 7NH on our coverage checker shows quite a weak signal in the area and the surrounding areas according to our iD Mobile coverage checker here, I wouldn’t recommend our signal for usage in your area.
