I am leaving ID due to a complaint about my service provision.
I'm now using a different sim, but apparently require a NUC - network unlock code. How do I get one of these without having to spend 30minutes on the phone to an agent?!

There is no phone support with iD Mobile. Speak to a live chat agent and request the code.
