network - wi-fi

hello all hope you can help 

 

i just moved in to a flat and i’m got getting good network so i pout it on to wi-fi calling and that keeps dropping signal, can you till me step by step what to do so the i can get good network signal and good wi-fi signal 

i have a Samsung s20

    Assuming you’ve got a reasonable Wi-Fi network in your flat @lucy2020, try putting the phone into flight mode, turn on the phone Wi-Fi, and then enable Wi-Fi Calling.

    Hi @lucy2020 

     

    I’d recommend trying the above from @andewhite, the strength of the Wi-Fi calling would rely on the strength of the Wi-Fi connection.
